Case study · Real estate website · Design preview
A developer website built around how buyers decide.
Buyers do not read brochures front to back. They narrow down by type and size, compare two homes, send one to their family, and then ask a question. The site does exactly that, on a phone, in Arabic.

How we made it
From the first conversation to the running product.

We sat with the people doing the work and wrote down how it runs today, and where it hurts.
What we built
Inside the site
Pick one to see it

Units explorer
Filter the six models by type and minimum area; each model opens with its rooms, sizes and floor plans.

Compare side by side
Pick two models and see area, bedrooms, bathrooms and features in one table.

Share a model by link
The chosen model is written into the address, so “look at this one” is a link, not a screenshot.

From the hoarding to WhatsApp
Each project has a printable QR page; on a phone, WhatsApp, call and map stay one tap away.

Plans you can read
Floor plans and the master plan open full screen and zoom, instead of shrinking into a card.

Fast on mobile networks
Every page is static, so a buyer scanning a QR code on site gets the page at once.
