Privacy notice

Short and specific: what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Draft for review before launch.

What we collect

When you send a brief, we receive what you type — your name, work e-mail, company, what you need and your message — together with the page you sent it from, the first page of your visit, the site that linked to us and any campaign tags in the address. We use it only to reply and to understand which pages help people find us.

If you use the Ask assistant, your questions are sent to an AI provider (Groq, or Google as a fallback) only to write the answer. We do not store the text of the conversation; we count calls to limit abuse and cost.

To stop automated abuse we keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address with the brief, used only to limit how many briefs can be sent from one connection. We never store the address itself.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Your choice of theme and language, and whether you have already seen the opening titles, are remembered in your own browser and never sent to us. If we add analytics, it will only run with your consent and this notice will say so.

How long we keep it and who sees it

Briefs are stored in a database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and kept for as long as a conversation is active and then for a limited period for our records. They are seen only by the people working on your enquiry.

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the e-mail address below.
