We sat with the people doing the work and wrote down how it runs today, and where it hurts.
What we built
One platform, three kinds of user
Pick one to see it

Search the whole country on a map
Every listing is a price on the map. Zoom from the Kingdom to a street, tap a price and a card opens with the photo, area and rooms — the list beside it follows.

Search that narrows fast
City, district, type, price, area, rooms, furnished, verified only. The same filters drive the list and the map.

Verified listings and offices
Identity and licence checks, with a badge buyers can see before they call.

Leads that don’t get lost
Every enquiry and viewing request lands in a pipeline: new, contacted, viewing, negotiating, closed.

Analytics per agency
Views, active listings, leads and close rate for the last 30 days, from the records themselves.

Buyer requests
Buyers post what they want; agencies with matching stock answer with offers.

Plans, staff and roles
Subscriptions, featured listings, and team members with the right access.
